White Glove Cleaning Service is a family‑owned business established in 2004. For more than two decades we have delivered elevated residential cleaning to homeowners in Redwood City and the surrounding Peninsula communities – and we’re excited to now bring the same premium service to Central Florida.

Our Story

White Glove Cleaning was founded by Mara Azeredo, whose journey began in an unexpected way. As a babysitter for several families in Redwood City, she noticed that the demand for reliable, thorough cleaning often went unmet. One day, when a family’s regular housekeeper didn’t show up, Mara offered to clean the house herself. The client was delighted with the results and soon the other families she babysat for asked her to clean their homes too. What started as a side hustle quickly grew into a small team serving a handful of clients on the Peninsula. Through word‑of‑mouth and a relentless commitment to excellence, Mara built a business known for its meticulous, white‑glove standard.

By 2009, as the company’s client list grew and Mara was expecting her first child, her husband Fernando Rosa joined the business. Bringing his own expertise, he helped expand White Glove Cleaning into carpet and window cleaning, allowing the company to serve a broader range of needs while maintaining its premium standards.

In 2024 we expanded to Florida, opening a second office to serve clients in communities such as Windermere, Winter Garden, Dr. Phillips, Winter Park, Golden Oak, Isleworth, Lake Nona, Bella Collina (Montverde) and Horizon West. Despite our growth, we remain proudly family‑owned and operated.

We’re proud of our roots in the Peninsula and our new presence in Florida. In California we serve Redwood City, Atherton, Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Woodside, Hillsborough and Burlingame. Both Hillsborough and Burlingame are high‑end markets – Hillsborough is famous for its spacious estates and high household incomes, while Burlingame combines luxury homes with a vibrant, walkable downtown. In Florida we focus on high‑end communities in the greater Orlando area, including Windermere, Dr. Phillips, Winter Garden, Winter Park, Golden Oak, Isleworth, Lake Nona, Bella Collina (Montverde) and neighbouring areas such as Horizon West. Bella Collina is a gated private community in Montverde that offers luxurious real estate, a championship golf course and resort‑style amenities.
